In late 1991, Ron moved to Dallas and opened his accounting firm under the name of Ron Allen, CPA. After 13 years of operating as a sole proprietor, he merged his firm with an accounting firm owned by Angela Frazier, CPA and together they formed Allen & Frazier, CPAs, PC, (now Ron Allen, P.C.) which is a full service CPA firm with offices in Dallas, Texas.
Ron has a Masters of Science degree in accounting from The University of Memphis, and is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the states of Texas and Tennessee. Prior to opening his office in Dallas, Ron worked as an Internal Revenue Agent with the IRS and as a field marketing specialist with Chevron Chemical Company.

Curt Hadaway, Income Tax Specialist |

Curt is one of the first people you will meet when coming to our office. His specialty is personal income tax preparation and IRS negotiations. Curt was the first employee of Ron Allen, CPA and has a great amount of experience with connecting clients to the right resources in our firm to meet their tax or accounting needs.

David France, Senior Accountant - Accounting Department Manager |
|
David’s first experience with accounting was at the age of five adding up invoices and practicing his ABCs while filing for his grandmother in the family’s small business. He continued working for the family through high school and college in the accounting side of their business. Because of this experience and the fact that David’s first exposure to accounting software was on a computer the size of a small refrigerator he has a lot of experience in setting up bookkeeping systems from the smallest manual system to a complex system run on large software packages.
David moved to Dallas to work with Ron Allen, CPA n 1998 from Little Rock Arkansas. David always enjoys the challenge of learning a new client’s business and helping them design an accounting system that will fit their needs for knowing the financial status of their venture and meet the requirements of complying with federal and state regulations. David is a Quickbooks Pro-Advisor.

Lori is one of the newer members to our team but brings a vast amount of experience and training to our firm. She has worked with various accounting systems and tax programs. You may meet Lori when you walk in the door, be assured she will be able to help with any questions you may have.

Dale Helton |

Dale has been with our firm for a number of years and usually works behind the scenes. He is our resident payroll specialist and heads our new payroll service division. If you would like your payroll handled by a small firm with a knowledgable accountant managing it Dale is here to help.
